Cory Jessee | Owner
Cory grew up in the small town of Warm Springs, VA and graduated from The College of William and Mary with a B.B.A. in Process Management and Consulting with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Following graduation, he bought and sold multiple businesses before relocating to Virginia Beach and co-founding a mergers and acquisitions firm in the Hampton Roads area catering to lower-middle market companies.
Using connections gained through the M&A firm, Cory and Blake co-founded OnPoint with the vision of bringing white collar principles to a blue collar industry. Cory focuses on operational leadership and employee management for OnPoint.
Cory is involved in the Hampton Roads community as a co-founder and current board secretary for VB Fellows, a local non-profit that brings recent college graduates to Virginia Beach for a year of mentorship and career development. He also volunteers on the Finance Committee for Norfolk Christian Schools and is an active member of Anchor Church in Virginia Beach.
Cory and his wife Ashley live in Virginia Beach with their two daughters Ryan (6), Carter (3) and Golden Retriever Waylon.
Blake Dozier | Owner
Blake was born in Virginia Beach and has lived in Hampton Roads for most of his life. He graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a B.A. in Religion and minor in Economics. Following his time there, Blake worked as a commercial real estate broker for CBRE and later developed FORTUNE 500 client relationships for Ingenuiti in Virginia Beach.
Blake and Cory co-founded OnPoint with the vision of bringing excellent customer service to an industry where good service is hard to find. Blake focuses on growing customer relationships, marketing and business development for OnPoint.
Blake is involved in the local community as the current Chairman of the Board of PiN Ministry (People in Need), a non-profit that serves the homeless and poor population of Hampton Roads, as well as a co-founder and current Chairman of the Board of VB Fellows, a local non-profit that brings recent college graduates to Virginia Beach for a year of mentorship and career development in order to grow young leadership in our area. Blake is also a member of the boards of Virginia Beach Vision and the Hampton Roads chapter of the International Facilities Management Association. He is a volunteer with New Life Church Virginia Beach Town Center Campus and Norfolk Christian Schools and the recipient of the Inside Business Hampton Roads Top 40 Under 40 Award in 2019.
Blake and his wife Caroline live in Virginia Beach with four children: twins Luke (10) and Virginia (10), Annabelle (6) and David (5).
